Pomegranate Cider Mimosas
Pomegranate Cider Mimosas - a restaurant worthy creation if I do say so myself. We're combining sweet yet tart ruby red pomegranate juice with velvety champagne, spiced apple cider, all held in a caramel rimmed glass - delish!
Servings: 4 dinks
- 1 bottle champagne chilled
- 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 2 teaspoon caramel sauce for rim
Rim each champagne flute with a teaspoon of sauce caramel. Garnish with salt flakes.
Add 2 tbsp of pomegranate juice to the bottom of the champagne flute. Add another 2 tbsp of apple cider. Fill it up with champagne and serve! Enjoy!
