  • 2 slices bread choose your favorite
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper freshly ground


  • Toast your bread slices until golden.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh, then add it to a small bowl, add the lemon juice and mash it up with a fork until desired smoothness.
  • Spread half the avocado mash on each slice of toast, then sprinkle it with a bit of salt and pepper.
