Avocado Toast - Fresh, ripe avocados mixed with bright lemon, spread over your favourite bread and sprinkled with salt & pepper. A simple, yet healthy dish to satisfy your cravings.
- 2 slices bread choose your favorite
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper freshly ground
Toast your bread slices until golden.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh, then add it to a small bowl, add the lemon juice and mash it up with a fork until desired smoothness.
Spread half the avocado mash on each slice of toast, then sprinkle it with a bit of salt and pepper.
