Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk ingredients together. Add all the sauce ingredients to a medium size bowl and whisk well.
  • Serve. Serve with your favorite fries.

Notes

  1. Play around with spices for different versions, such as try adding garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes for extra heat, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, horseradish, mustard, etc.
  2. Store this fry sauce in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. I do not recommend freezing this sauce as it could separate when thawing.
