Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shortening

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place or in the freezer for up to 8 months.
