- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Play around with spices for different versions, such as try adding garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes for extra heat, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, horseradish, mustard, etc.
- Store this fry sauce in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. I do not recommend freezing this sauce as it could separate when thawing.
