- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 cup celery finely chopped
- 1 cup red grapes halved
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 12 large lettuce leaves such as Romaine, Bibb, or Butter lettuce
