  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed


  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined and smooth.


  1. Your garlic butter can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 15 days, as long as it is kept in an airtight container or jar!
  2. If you are planning on using this garlic butter past the 15 day period, pop it in the freezer for future use. It will keep frozen for up to 12 months!
