You can cook just about anything in an air fryer, and although I also love steamed vegetables, there’s nothing like fried veggies. That’s the beauty of this method of cooking, it’s healthy and you get all the flavor of fried veggies. For something different, try my Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes.
Ingredient Notes
- Peppers – Use any color pepper.
- Mushrooms – I use white or cremini, halved.
- Cauliflower – Cut into florets.
- Zucchini – Cut into 1/2″ moons.
- Garlic – Always a great flavoring agent.
- Oil – I use Olive oil but vegetable or peanut oil works as well.
- Seasoning – Salt and pepper to your taste.
How To Cook Vegetables In The Air Fryer
- Prepare the Vegetables: Chop vegetables, and in a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Cook: Place the veggies in the air fryer, spread out. Cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing them half way through.
