This corn casserole is the epitome of comfort food. Creamy and rich with loads of corn, all baked inside a warm, tender cornbread batter. With just 5 simple ingredients we can create an epic southern staple the whole family will love.
Ingredient Notes

- Cornbread Mix – You can find this at your local grocery store!
- Corn – We are going to be using both canned corn kernels (make sure it’s drained) and canned creamed corn or homemade creamed corn.
- Butter – Unsalted and melted!
- Sour Cream – Substitute with plain greek yogurt.
Optional:
- Cheese – Cheddar cheese, shredded. Use this if you like your corn casserole cheesy.
How To Make Corn Casserole

- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
- Mix Ingredients: Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake: Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until browned and cooked all the way through.
